Develop various technical materials in support of the NGFW integration and delivery program. These include documenting configurations, diagraming implementations and creating training materials in support of transition the implemented program to the Agency’s operations and maintenance and helpdesk contractors. Other tasking includes supporting program reporting requirements and supporting document change management requirements.
