  • Overview

    Work extensively with our records management system known as DART. Manage software development teams, infrastructure teams, and support a wide range of infrastructure platforms, enterprise content management systems, and highly complex business solutions and provide mentoring to software developers, web developers, and database developers in support of enterprise systems and solutions.

    Responsibilities

    • Be for overall Simflofy design, development, and support functions
    • Manage Data Migration/Integration and Federated Repositories/Search
    • Manage Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS)
    • Manage the integration of Simflofy into the records management modules used for moving records
    • Train contract personnel on best practices and configuration of Simflofy
    • Be responsible for the following programming languages: Java, .net (C#, C, Visual Basic, ASP), PHP, Ruby, JavaScript, C, C++, SQL, TSQL, PLSQL, VBScript, HTML 1-5
    • Be responsible for the following Middleware applications: Spring, Struts, Tomcat, JBoss, WebSphere, WebLogic, Mule, IIS, Simflofy
    • Be responsible for the following Database Servers: Oracle, MySQL, PostGRES, SQL Server, MongoDB, OrientDB, Neo4J
    • Be responsible for the following Application Development platforms: Visual Studio, Eclipse, IntelliJ, Yourkit, TOAD, SQL Plus, SQL Server Developer Tools, Squirrel, JQuery, DOMO, etc.
    • Be responsible for the following Operating Systems: Windows (All versions from 1995 up), RHEL, Ubuntu, Solaris, Mac OSX
    • Be responsible for the following Enterprise Architecture(s) to include: virtualization (VMWare), failover and redundancy with all types of web, application, and database servers as well as other components such as routers, firewalls, Active Directory, Domain Servers, SSO, etc.
    • Work with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to ensure all milestones and control gates are achieved
    • Develop record retention modules and coding as provided by the Government
    • Monitor and perform coding changes with proprietary application known as Simflofy
    • Be responsible for all application connectors to include; Ephesoft, FileNet, Alfresco, SharePoint, and Microsoft Exchange along with HP server installation, Cisco networking devices, firewalls, VPNs, and other network solutions
    • Be responsible for hardware platforms to includeTintri, HP, IBM, and Cisco and ECM applications to include: KnowledgeLake, Alfresco, Ephesoft, FileNet, Simflofy, and other ECM technologies
    • Consult with contract engineers and Government stakeholders to ensure all requirements and functionality are achieved
    • Be responsible for Data Migration/Integration and Federated Repositories/Search engines
    • Be responsible for Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) with Simflofy and other content management systems
    • Manage the integration of Simflofy into the records management modules used for moving records between USUN New York and the Department’s SharePoint repository

    Qualifications

    • Education:
      • 4 year college degree
    • Required Knowledge/Experience:
      • Minimum of 8 years overall IT experience
      • Minimum of 6 years’ demonstrated Subject Matter Expert experience in application development, enterprise content management, software integration with multiple software platforms, infrastructure design and support, database design and support, and knowledge of complex engineering platforms and applications
      • Expert Knowledge in:
        • Simflofy design, development and integration
        • Simiflofy connectors to include:
        • Ephosoft
        • IBM FileNet
        • Alfresco Version 3, 4, and 5
        • SharePoint
        • Microsoft Exchange
        • SQL, Oracle, Mongo, and other leading database engines
        • SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, SharePoint 2016 Online.
        • Documentum version 6 and 7
        • Opentext (OTCS) 10.x
        • Hadoo
        • Solar and Elastic Search
        • Exchange, Gmail, and other email servers
      • Extensive hands-on work with:
        • Capture products such as Ephesoft and Knowledgelake
        • Java and C#
      • Demonstrated and high-level knowledge of integration work
      • Knowledge of records management, CMIS, and knowledge of all DoD 50.15 rules and regulations
      • Expert knowledge in scanning technologies to include OCR and scanning intelligence, federated search engines
      • Excellent written and oral communications
      • Understanding and knowledge of complete federation and integration into disparate systems such as Microsoft, IBM, and Content Management Interoperability Services (CMIS) based content management systems
      • Simflofy Certified Administrator
      • Ephesoft Certified Engineer
      • Simflofy Developer Training with Focus in Federated Repositories and/or Specialization in deployments using CMIS and/or core focus on integrations with SharePoint
      • Simflofy Federated Search Training
      • Knowledge with Tintri hard devices, Cisco networking equipment, and HP servers

    Other Responsibilities

    • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Services
