  • Overview

    Responsible for managing EUR and IO’s mobile technology systems. Support Adobe Connect Webinars. Support software applications such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Professional, and a variety of other desktop applications.

    Responsibilities

    • Install, configure, maintain, and provision all mobile devices to include: Blackberry, iPhones, iPads, Android, and tablet computers
    • Support Video Teleconferencing for Cisco Tandberg equipment used throughout the bureau
    • Support all makes and models of laptops
    • Install, configure, and maintain mobile device software and applications
    • Support Video Teleconferencing equipment and Adobe Connect
    • Work with vendors on repair of equipment
    • Work with telecommunications vendors when provisioning services for mobile devices
    • Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications to include: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Connect, Adobe Professional, and other desk applications

    Qualifications

    • Required Knowledge/Experience:
      • 3+ years hands-on, practical experience in supporting desktop hardware and software
      • 3+ years hands-on, practical experience in supporting mobile devices such as: Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, Android, and tablet computers
      • 3+ years hands-on, practical experience in supporting desktop applications
      • Excellent writing and verbal skills to include interviews and presentations

    Other Responsibilities

    • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Services
