  • Overview

    Responsible for supporting ECM and records management systems and databases.  Work in close coordination with Engineering Subject Matter Specialist(s) on DART and FRAHP systems.   Serve as technical lead handling use case testing and coding of complex queries.  Responsible for Simflofy coding and support.


    • Design, develop, implement, and maintain database connectivity
    • Design, develop, implement, and maintain data sharing and analytical processing
    • Design queries for extracting usable data using a variety of scripting languages
    • Responsible for all Simflofy application connectors to include; Ephesoft, FileNet, Alfresco, SharePoint, and Microsoft Exchange
    • Maintain ECM applications to include: KnowledgeLake, Alfresco, Ephesoft, FileNet, Simflofy, and other ECM technologies
    • Consult with contract engineers and Government stakeholders to ensure all requirements and functionality are achieved
    • Maintain Data Migration/Integration and Federated Repositories/Search engines
    • Test coding changes and user interfaces
    • Manage the integration of Simflofy into the records management modules used for moving records between USUN New York and the Department’s SharePoint repository
    • Integrate with departments records management office on all record management activities to include compliance with meeting DoD 50.15 regulations


    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree
    • Required Knowledge/Experience:
      • Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience
      • Demonstrated 3 years’ experience as a subject matter expert in database development, programming, and software integration with multiple software platforms
      • Expert knowledge in Simflofy design, development, and integration
      • Expert knowledge of database design and development
      • Expert knowledge in records management, CMIS, and knowledge of all DoD 50.15 rules and regulations
      • Expert knowledge in Alfresco version 5
      • Expert knowledge of Java and Java Script
      • Expert knowledge in scanning technologies
      • Excellent writing and oral communications
    • Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
      • Bachelor’s degree in related subject preferred

    • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Services
