  • Overview

    Responsible for working with development and technical teams on technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Work closely with the Post Management Office (PMO) on documenting EUR and IO assurance statements, managing the When Actually Employed (WAE) program, and assisting PMO’s in creating Ambassador reports, OIG reports, and other numerous documents as required.


    • Assist in standardizing documentation for in-processing activities
    • Assist in creating systems library of documentation for multiple functional areas
    • Assist in documentation preparation for senior management reporting
    • Assist in maintaining compliance documentation and Assurance Statements for EUR’s
    • Assistant Secretary and IO’s Assistant Secretary
    • Manage When Actually Employed (WAE) Personnel program
    • Process Chiefs of Mission requests for absence
    • Assist in creating Ambassador briefing templates and documents
    • Provide Post Management (PMO) reporting on overseas Embassies and Consulates


    • Required Knowledge/Experience:
      • 3+ years hands-on, practical experience in supporting PMO’s on overseas activities
      • 3+ years hands-on, practical experience in supporting documentation preparation and reporting
      • 3+ years hands-on, practical experience in managing When Actually Employed (WAE) Personnel program
      • 3+ years hands-on, practical experience in managing Ambassador and OIG briefing materials
      • Excellent writing and verbal skills

    Other Responsibilities

    • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Director of Services
