  • Overview

    Responsible for the performance of small, mid, large sized projects or a definable portion of a larger program in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures, and guidelines.


    • Develop project requirements, acceptance criteria, and objectives of proposed client solution
    • Determine and manage project cost, schedule, and staffing level
    • Define and manage project scope, assign, and maintain resources and provide technical direction to the project and ensures project profitability
    • Identify project risks and develop contingency plans
    • Develop status reports, track issues, and execute problem resolution and ensure project quality control
    • Create and execute internal team and external client communications model
    • Perform Tier 1 Helpdesk support, system testing, and quality control
    • Use project planning tools as needed to create project work breakdown, schedule project resources
    • Provide training to the FSD work force when required; training shall be associated with either TRIRIGA or related systems


    • Education:
      • Advanced degree with 1 year of experience
      • Advanced degree may be substituted for Bachelors degree with 3 years of experience
      • OR 7 years of experience with no degree
    • Required Knowledge/Experience:
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in one of the functional areas (TRIRIGA v10.5 or greater) or related disciplines
      • Certified IBM functional analyst in latest TRIRIGA version
      • Proficient in MS Project, MS Visio, Excel, and PowerPoint
      • Strong Instructional Systems Design (ISD) background and experience with the entire ISD life cycle
      • Ability to multi-task
      • Strong written and oral communication skills

    Other Responsibilities

    • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager
