  • Overview

    Deliver quality products through each release, user acceptance rate, and development times based on size, complexity, and priorities.

    Responsibilities

    • Deliver real-time reports via the integration into Maximo and other systems in an executive Dashboard
    • Perform Tier 2 Helpdesk support, system testing, and quality control
    • Serve as primary e-Business systems primary developer of systems reports
    • Be responsible for e-Business systems dashboard design and implementation
    • Perform software upgrades and account/system administration

    Qualifications

    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree with 1 year report developer experience
      • Degree may be substituted for 4 years of experiences as report developer
    • Required Knowledge/Experience:
      • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the functional areas of designing reports/dashboards:
        • Maximo
        • Actuate/BIRT/Open text/Cognos/MS BI
        • Other related disciplines
      • Knowledge of Actuate/Cognos server administration

    Other Responsibilities

    • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
    • Perform other duties as assigned by Project Manager
