Responsible for the operational success of one or multiple programs with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability. Manage personnel performing daily operational activities ensuring seamless team development and management, program delivery, and quality control. Responsible for initiating, executing, and closing projects, and manage all program stakeholders through direct interactions, reporting, and documentation.
Extensive Audio-Visual (A/V) industry background is essential to this position and the ability to interface with clients, vendors and personnel effectively on a daily basis. Candidate needs to be detail oriented, have a strong aptitude for multi-tasking and prepared to manage multiple project schedules and subcontractors at any given time.
Candidate will be billable to a variety of projects, spending the majority of their time directly managing awarded contracts, maintaining project schedules, properly allocating internal resources, subcontractors and personnel on the client’s site as work is performed. For specific contracts, candidate may be required to participate in the development of new solutions for existing clients based on new requirements. Candidate should stay current with emerging technologies, obtaining certifications as required by the contract and/or organizational goals. This will additionally include being responsible for monthly reporting to Senior leadership on the status of each specific program/contract.
