  • Collect, process, review, analyze, and produce requested ESI (Electronically Stored Information) in support of the Information and Records Division of the contract
  • Make recommendations on the improvement and enhancement of the E-Discovery program
  • Support the recovery of requested ESI from sources to include, but not limited to:
    • Desktops
    • Servers
    • Mobile devices
    • Removal media
    • Cloud Contractors


  • Education:
    • Industry recognized Computer Forensics and/or eDiscovery Certification
    • High School diploma
  • Required Knowledge/Experience:
    • Extensive knowledge and experience with NIST Risk Management Framework
      • Experience and Competency with:
      • E-Discovery and Digital Forensic programs
      • E-Discovery/Forensic Management solutions
      • Records Management standards and procedures
      • Implementation of Boolean Operators and other search techniques for the efficient recovery and culling of requested data
      • Operation and maintenance of storage and archiving systems
      • Security Authorization and Assessment (SA&A)
    • Strong understanding and demonstrated experience applying a risk-based approach to information security and IT assessments
    • Governance & Risk Management & Compliance Support
    • Strong familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery procedures
    • Demonstrated ability to adhere to strict chain of custody procedures
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
    • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
    • Strong understanding of an eDiscovery professional’s role in each agency’s security posture
    • Ability to prioritize duties based on shifting demands
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
    • 4 year degree in Information or relevant field strongly preferred

  • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
  • Perform other duties as assigned by SME III- E-Discovery/Forensic Support
