  • Act as resident experts on the ForeScout tool on behalf of ESAT-PMO when dealing with stakeholders
  • Perform complex tasks autonomously and without assistance
  • Utilize experience architecting, deploying, and managing complex enterprise-wide projects
  • Provide complex technical support to customers and other support staff
  • Make collaborative effort within the team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in knowledge transfer with teammates through delivering formal team training sessions and mentoring
  • Provide on-site ForeScout support including product deployment, configuration, optimization, training, and troubleshooting
  • Assist with implementation capacity and network designs
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and training material
  • Collaborate with customer and management regarding deployment techniques, feature requests, product issues, and sentiment


  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or other relevant technical Discipline
    • At least 2 of the following:
      • ForeScout Certified Administer Training
      • Forescout Advanced dministrator Training
      • ForeScout Certified Engineer Training
      • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • Required Knowledge/Experience:
      • 5+ years’ experience architecting, deploying, and managing complex enterprise-wide projects similar in size and scope to the ESAT Program
      • 3+ years’ technical experience as a ForeScout Certified Administrator
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills with an ability to provide analyses in both highly technical (target audience: systems administrators and engineers) and business-focused (target audience: executive leadership) terms
      • Experience with Microsoft Suite
      • Must be able to perform complex tasks autonomously and without assistance
    • Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
      • Industry Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, and CEH are preferred
      • Experience installing, managing and supporting production network and computer security systems comprised of multiple network hardware and software

  • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Sr Program Manager
