Assist Copper River Enterprise Services with administration, communications, and support for the Company Corporate Office and Program Management (PM) staff.


  • Facilitate and coordinate communication between the company and Copper River Shared Services staff (HR, Accounting, Recruiting, etc.)
  • Help track cost, schedule, and invoicing and POs
  • Ability to produce complex excel spreadsheets and provide financial reporting to the President and PM staff
  • Assist with implementing processes and identifies problems with existing procedures and processes
  • Develop and maintain effective project schedules
  • Help track and administer project resources
  • Develop and maintain a repository and file structure that enable easy and logical retrieval, and well as maintaining the requisite records management
  • Assist with meeting minutes and track deliverables for the various programs and projects
  • Act as a central coordination point for PM staff regarding feedback/authorizations (signature requests) from the President
  • Provide proposal support
  • Support reporting requirements as needed


  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related area (Finance, Business, Project Management, accounting) from an accredited University required
  • Required Knowledge/Experience:
    • 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
    • Experience planning and coordinating project scheduling, budgeting, and administrative tasks
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Experience facilitating project logistics such as arranging meetings and conference rooms, taking meeting minutes, performing basic follow-up, and assisting in development of presentations
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
    • Ability to perform comfortably in a team, as well as independently
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Preferred Knowledge/Experience:
    • Knowledge of contract management & CDRLs (Contract Data Requirements List)
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) based on PMBOK (Project Management Book of Knowledge)
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Project
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to lift or transport items up to 10lbs

  • Perform other tasks consistent with the goals and objectives of the department/contract
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Sr Program Manager
